Soaring through the sky, a trio of heroes rides a Life Star helicopter, waiting to be called to action any day, anytime, anywhere.
“It’s not for everyone, I always wanted to do a job of service and that’s why I feel like I was put here where I was meant to be,” said flight paramedic Lyle Webster.
Combined, this team, made up of a pilot, a paramedic, and a nurse, has more than 100 years of medical experience. They average two to three flights a day.
A unique experience, yet a difficult one. Life Star responds to all kinds of traumatic incidents while constantly fighting against the clock.
